This week in the Community we discuss the legacy of Justice Sandra Day OConnor. Wed like to kick off the discussion by asking your thoughts on Justice OConnors most significant contributions to the Courts practice and jurisprudence. Which of her opinions continue to exert the strongest influence on the law?

Later in the week, we will be discussing the ways that Justice OConnors opinions on pressing issues such as reproductive rights, affirmative action, and campaign finance have been modified by the current Court, as well as the ways that Justice Kennedy is a different sort of swing vote from Justice OConnor.
