This afternoon the Court granted review in King v. Burwell, the challenge to the availability of tax subsidies under the Affordable Care Act for taxpayers who purchase health insurance on an exchange established by the federal government, rather than a state. We are pleased to announce that we will host a symposium on the case and today’s announcement. Our first contribution, from Nicholas Bagley, is posted below.
