This morning the Court issued additional orders from its November 7 Conference. There were no new grants, nor were there any calls for the views of the Solicitor General. The Court issued per curiam opinions in two cases: Johnson v. City of Shelby and Carroll v. Carman. The order list is here. We do not expect any decisions on the merits this week.
