This morning at 10:00 a.m. we expect one or more opinions in argued cases. The live blog will be available at this link beginning at 9:45.

Following opinions, the Justices will hear oral arguments in Executive Benefits Insurance Agency v. Arkison, followed by Marvin M. Brandt Revocable Trust v. United  States.  Lyle Denniston previewed both cases, here and here. In the afternoon, the Justices will hear oral argument in United States v. Quality Stores, Inc., which Bradley Joondeph previewed.
