Event announcement: labor and employment law at SCOTUS

Tomorrow from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m., Bloomberg Law will host a “Labor & Employment Outlook” reviewing critical labor and employment issues on the Court’s docket.  Panelists will include Mark Batten (Proskauer Rose), Michael Foreman (Pennsylvania State University Dickinson School of Law), and Matthew Ginsburg (AFL-CIO).  The event will be held at Bloomberg Government, 1101 K Street, NW.  More information is available here.
