Symposium announcement: Town of Greece v. Galloway

On November 6, the Court will hear oral arguments in Town of Greece v. Galloway, in which it will consider whether a town council violates the Establishment Clause when it begins its session with a prayer led by members of the clergy or local citizens, even if it does not discriminate in choosing who will offer the prayers.  (Lyle reported on the case shortly after the Court granted cert.) We have asked guest contributors with a variety of perspectives to share their thoughts on what is at stake in the case, and how the Court might ultimately rule.  Next week we will be publishing guest posts from:
