Symposium announcement: Cline v. Oklahoma Coalition for Reproductive Justice

This past June, the Court granted cert. in Cline v. Oklahoma Coalition of Reproductive Justice, in which it will consider the constitutionality of an Oklahoma law which prohibits the off-label use of abortion inducing drugs.  (Lyle reported on the case shortly after it was granted.)  In connection with the order granting review, the Court first asked the Oklahoma Supreme Court to answer two questions relating to the legal interpretation of the law.  Although we may not have those answers for several more months, we have asked guest contributors with a variety of perspectives to share their thoughts on what is at stake in the case, and how the Court might ultimately rule.
