Today at the Court: April 25, 2012

This morning at ten o’clock we expect one or more opinions in argued cases. We will begin live blogging shortly before ten.

Following opinions, the Court will hear the final oral argument scheduled for this Term:  Arizona v. United States.  The Court will consider whether four key provisions of  S.B. 1070, Arizona’s controversial immigration law, are preempted by federal law. Lyle Denniston has previewed the case for this blog.
