This morning we expect one or more opinions in argued cases. We will begin live blogging shortly before ten oclock.
After opinions, the Court will hear one hour of oral argument in the consolidated cases Dorsey v. United States and Hill v. United States. In both cases, the Court will consider the application of the Fair Sentencing Act of 2010 to those convicted of crack cocaine trafficking offenses before the Act went into effect. Lyle Denniston previewed the case for this blog.
