Today at the Court: April 16, 2012

Following orders, the Court will hear one hour of oral argument in Christopher v. SmithKline Beecham Corp. in which the Justices will consider whether pharmaceutical sales representatives are exempt from the Fair Labor Standards Act, which generally requires employers to pay employees overtime. Sam Wieczorek previewed the case for the blog.
