The first case scheduled for argument today is Roberts v. Sea-Land Services, in which the Justices will interpret a provision of the Longshore and Harbor Workers’ Compensation Act. Jack Martone previewed the case for the blog. In the second case being argued today, Coleman v. Maryland Court of Appeals, the Court will consider whether the Eleventh Amendment precludes lawsuits against states that seek money damages for violations of the Family and Medical Leave Act’s self-care leave provision.  Kevin Russell previewed the case.
