New at SCOTUSblog: Law review article highlights

Starting this week, SCOTUSblog will periodically highlight prominent new law review articles that focus on areas of practice related to the Court.  Our aim is to identify recent articles that may be of interest to readers (roughly one per week) and to post summary descriptions of these articles as provided by their authors.  Note that SCOTUSblog does not adopt or endorse any views expressed in these articles; our purpose is instead to bring attention to potentially interesting pieces for the benefit of readers.
