On Wednesday, February 16 at 9:30 am, the Washington Legal Foundation is hosting a media briefing on the Courts October 2010 Term at its midpoint.  Former Pennsylvania Governor Dick Thornburgh will moderate a panel that includes SCOTUSblogs Tom Goldstein, Gene Schaerr, and Mark Perry.  The event will take place at the Washington Legal Foundation, 2009 Massachusetts Ave., N.W., in Washington D.C.
