Court to join in tribute

The Supreme Court announced Sunday night that it will start its public session Monday earlier than usual in order to be able to participate in a tribute to the shooting victims in Arizona. The session, ordinarily starting at 10 a.m., will open instead at 9:50 a.m.
The revised schedule will permit the Court to complete issuance of orders, admissions to its Bar, and the first oral argument by 11 a.m., so that the Court may join in observing the national moment of silence that President Obama has declared for 11 a.m.
