New chart of OT09

After each announcement of opinions for the rest of the Term, we will publish an updated chart listing all of the Term’s cases and their status (decided or not).  The chart includes key information about each case, including its question(s) presented, circuit of origin, argument and decision dates, judgment, opinion author, and vote split.  Kedar Bhatia, founder of the Daily Writ, has kindly agreed to prepare these charts for the blog.
