Decisions on Monday only

The Supreme Court expects to release opinions in decided cases on only one day next week — Monday, the Court announced after Thursday’s private Conference. Orders also will be issued on Monday. Later in the Term, the Court may release opinions on more than one day in a week; that is most likely to be true as the end of the Term approaches in late June. As of now, the Court has 44 cases that were argued and are awaiting decisions. A few of those cases have been consolidated and any such combination of cases will be decided in single opinions.
