For what is expected to be the final argument of October Term 2009, in Doe #1 v. Reed (09-559), we have a pair of five-minute podcasts with the arguing counsel on both sides.   At issue in the case is whether ballot initiative petition signers have a right to protect their identities from public disclosure.
