Amici filings in 2d Amendment case

Most of the amici briefs on the top side (or neutral) in the granted case on the application of the Second Amendment to state and local laws were filed on Monday. Thanks to the Second Amendment Foundation, and Alan Gura, counsel for the petitioners in McDonald v. Chicago (08-1521), the amici filings are linked here. Scotusblog and ScotusWiki will analyze those briefs in posts closer to the oral argument, likely to be in February or March.
