Upcoming Event: McCain v. Obama: A Hypothetical Supreme Court Case

On October 20, the Georgetown University Law Center will host arguments in a hypothetical Supreme Court case over the upcoming presidential election. Walter Dellinger, former Acting Solicitor General, and Glen Nager, a former Assistant to the Solicitor General, will argue before a panel of three retired judges.
