Today at 11 a.m. Eastern, the Court is scheduled to hear oral argument in New York City Board of Education v. Tom F. (06-637).
Leonard J. Koerner of New York, N.Y., will argue for the petitioner, and Paul G. Gardephe of New York, N.Y., and Gregory Garre of the Solicitor General’s office will argue for the respondent.
