At Balkinization, Charlie Savage comments on the Bush administration’s “strategy of picking presidential lawyers” to fill Court vacancies.

Reports are circulating that an interview with Justice Clarence Thomas will be featured on 60 Minutes on September 30th. The interview is reportedly in connection to the Justice’s new memoir, to be published October 1st. Read Tony Mauro’s post on it at the Blog of the Legal Times, here.
