No extra arguments in October

The Supreme Court has disclosed its calendar for the new Term starting Oct. 1. It indicates that the customary practice of two weeks of argument in the opening sitting beginning on the first day of the Term will again be followed. There had been some press speculation that the Court would add a third week of argument to its initial sitting.
