En banc review sought on 2d Amendment case

The city government of Washington, D.C., plans to file on Monday, April 9, a petition for rehearing by the en banc D.C. Circuit Court in the case of Parker v. District of Columbia — a case that produced a major ruling on the Second Amendment, finding that it guarantees an individual right to have a gun in a home.
