In this post at the Supreme Court Times Blog, Ross Runkel reports that Altadis USA, Inc v. Sea Star Line, LLC has been settled prior to oral argument, and will be taken off the Court’s March argument calendar. (UPDATE: The Court’s electronic docket for the case, found here, notes that the case was dismissed on Monday. The Court had expedited review of the case, and it was to have been heard on Tuesday, March 27. The questions presented can also be found on that docket page.)
