In today’s New York Times, Linda Greenhouse has this article concerning the Court’s decision yesterday to turn down Rahmani v. United States. David G. Savage of the LA Times also reports here on the Justices’ refusal to intervene on behalf of the seven Iranian refugees charged with raising money for an opposition group in Iran designated by the State Department as a terrorist organization.
