Today at the Supreme Court: 11/7/06

The Court will hear two arguments today beginning at 10 AM eastern. First, it will hear one hour of argument in James v. United States (previewed here) followed by one hour of argument in Burton v. Stewart (previewed here).
The Court will release transcripts for both arguments this afternoon, and we will link to them when they are available. As explained in this post, no decisions are expected to be announced today.
