Justice Stevens and wartime

University of Oklahoma law professor Joseph T. Thai, a former law clerk to Supreme Court Justice John Paul Stevens, has written a compelling article in the Virginia Law Review on Stevens and his work on the war on terrorism decision in 2004 and on a predecessor case during World War II when Stevens himself was a law clerk.
