Lane and what a Justice Roberts would mean to the outcome of a case to be decided next term, Goodman v. Georgia. Goodman v. Georgia involves the power of Congress to enact laws like the ADA that expose states to lawsuits.

Douglas Berman of Sentencing Law & Policy has these thoughts on the ACS Convention sentencing panel. A video of the panel is available online.
