This week at the Court

On Monday the Court was closed in observance of the federal holiday. On Tuesday the Court issued orders from the Conference; the Court granted no cases and called for the views of the Solicitor General in one case. Lyle reported on the orders here. There are four arguments scheduled this week, two on each Tuesday and Wednesday. The full list of scheduled arguments for the October sitting is here. On Friday the Justices will meet for their October 17 Conference.
