Starting at 3 p.m. Eastern, I will be moderating a live chat with Stephen Wermiel and Seth Stern, the authors of Justice Brennan: Liberal Champion. Stephen, a a Fellow in Law and Government and associate director of the Summer Institute on Law and Government at American University Washington College of Law, and Seth, a legal analyst for CQ Politics, have agreed to chat with us about their new book.
