Argument day podcasts: Snyder v. Phelps
Beginning this Term’s series of five-minute podcasts on oral argument days, we have two new podcasts below with attorneys who filed briefs on both sides of Snyder v. Phelps (09-751). At issue in the case is whether the First Amendment protects protesters at a funeral from liability for intentionally inflicting emotional distress on the family of the deceased.
