Last week on the Wiki

Although the Court did not grant any new cases or issue any opinions last week, we have updated our sister site, SCOTUSwiki, to include a number of new filings in OT10 cases.  A new petitioners' brief has been added to the case page for Schwarzenegger v. Entertainment Merchants Association, while a petitioner's reply has been added to the page for Michigan v. Bryant.  Meanwhile, we have added a new respondent's brief to the page for Abbott v. United States/Gould v. United States.  Meanwhile, we have added new amicus briefs to the SCOTUSwiki pages for Costco v. Omega, Staub v. Proctor Hospital, Harrington v. Richter, Snyder v. Phelps, and United States v. Tohono O'odham Nation. In addition, as we do every week, we have continued to add ongoing media and blogosphere updates to the wiki pages for individual cases, as well as to our archive of media coverage on the Kagan nomination.
