Last week on the Wiki

Last week, we introduced a new format on SCOTUSwiki for the case index, which we hope will allow our readers to find more docket information on one page.   The newly formatted case index, which is still organized by argument date, is available here; it also includes details on issues addressed and opinions handed down for each case.

We also updated several case pages last week to include recently filed merits-stage briefs.  The page for Lewis v. City of Chicago now has a link to the petitioners’ reply brief, and we have updated the case page for Carachuri-Rosendo v. Holder to include the petitioner’s opening brief, as well as a number of amicus briefs filed in support of the petitioner.

As we do every week, we have continued to update individual case pages to include links to relevant news coverage.  Last week, the majority of that coverage focused on legislative efforts in response to Citizens United.
