On Monday at 9:30 a.m., the court released additional orders from the November 22 conference. The justices did not add any new cases to their merits docket. The court issued a per curiam opinion in Thompson v. Hebdon, a First Amendment challenge to Alaska’s $500 limit on contributions to candidates and groups, remanding the case to the court of appeals.
On Thursday, the court will be closed for Thanksgiving.
