Today’s Filing

Today, we’re filing this brief in opposition to certiorari in No. 04-1066, Illinois v. Bartels, a Fourth Amendment case. The work was principally done by Pam Karlan and a team from the Stanford Supreme Court Litigation Clinic — Eric Feigin (who continued to work on it as a summer associate with the Firm), Mike Abate, and David Sapp.
