Finishing Off The Term

Monday morning at 10am, the Court will issue its final set of opinions for the Term, and its penultimate orders list.
The date for the final set of orders is not certain, but if tradition holds will be Tuesday. The Justices will decide what orders to issue at a Conference held after the final decisions are issued. That orders list will include rulings on (a) all or most of the handful of petitions that were relisted from this Thursday’s conference (e.g., the Scheidler abortion protests case), and (b) the petitions that have been held pending disposition of the final six argued cases.
