This week at the court

The court released its order list from the June 1 conference on Monday. The court granted certiorari in one case, issued a summary affirmance in another, and released a per curiam opinion in a third. On Monday the court also released opinions in four argued cases: Advocate Health Care Network v. Stapleton, Kokesh v. Securities and Exchange Commission, Honeycutt v. United States and Town of Chester v. Laroe Estates, Inc. On Thursday the justices met for their June 8 conference; our list of “petitions to watch” for that conference is available here.
