Event announcement

On September 27 at 12 p.m., the Federalist Society will host a preview of the Supreme Court’s next Term. Speakers will include this blog’s Tom Goldstein, Nicholas Quinn Rosenkranz, Carrie Severino, and George Terwilliger; Robert Barnes will serve as moderator.
