On December 7, The Heritage Foundation will host a discussion on Fisher v. University of Texas at Austin.  Speakers include James Blumstein, Gail Heriot, Peter Kirsanow, and Hans von Spakovsky; Elizabeth Slattery will serve as moderator.  More information about this event, which will be held at 214 Massachusetts Avenue, N.E., is available here.
