This week at the Court

This is the first week of the Court’s October Term 2014. On Monday the Court issued additional orders from the Long Conference, including denials of all seven same-sex marriage petitions. Lyle covered Monday’s orders here.  (Lyle also covered last Thursday’s orders from that Conference.)  The full list of scheduled arguments for the October sitting is here.   On Friday, the Justices will meet for their October 10 Conference.
