Event announcement: Gene patenting post-argument discussion

On Monday, April 15, the Program on Information Justice & Intellectual Property at American University’s Washington College of Law and the Federal Circuit Bar Association will host a post-argument discussion on Association for Molecular Pathology v. Myriad Genetics. The discussion will be from 4:30-5:30 with a reception to follow. CLE is available for in-person attendees. The event will also be webcast.
