At 10:00 a.m. Eastern on Tuesday, the Court is expected to issue at least one opinion, which we will cover in a “Live Blog.”
Two oral arguments are scheduled for Monday: Arizona Free Enterprise Club’s Freed Club PAC v. Bennett (10-238), which has been consolidated with McComish v. Bennett (10-239), and CSX Transportation v. McBride (10-235).
On Tuesday, the Court will hear argument in Fowler v. United States (10-5443) and Wal-Mart v. Dukes (10-277).
Two oral arguments are scheduled for Wednesday as well: PLIVA v. Mensing (09-993) consolidated with Actavis v. Demahy (09-1501) and Actavis Elizabeth, L.L.C. v. Mensing (09-1039), and Talk America, Inc. v. Michigan Bell Telephone Company (10-313) consolidated with Isiogu v. Michigan Bell Telephone Company (10-329).
On Friday, the Justices are scheduled to meet for their April 1 Conference. Our list of “Petitions to Watch” for that Conference will be posted this week.
