This Week at the Court

At 10:00 a.m. Eastern on Monday, the Court is expected to release orders from its March 18 Conference.  (Our list of “Petitions to Watch” for that Conference is here.)  We will cover those orders on the blog.

At 10:00 a.m. Eastern on Tuesday, the Court is expected to issue at least one opinion, which we will cover in a “Live Blog.”

Oral arguments resume on Monday, when the Court will hear argument in Davis v. US (09-11328) and Tolentino v. New York (09-11556)

On Tuesday, the Court will hear argument in Borough of Duryea v. Guarnieri (09-1476) and Fox v. Vice (10-114).

On Wednesday, the Court will hear argument in Turner v. Rogers (10-10) and J.D.B. v. North Carolina (09-11121).

On Friday, the Justices are scheduled to meet for their March 25 Conference.  Our list of “Petitions to Watch” for that Conference will be posted this week.
