Play preview: “Father Justice White”

On March 8 at 2 pm, the Law Library of Congress will host a preview of “Father Chief Justice,” a play by law professor Paul Baier about the Court’s ninth Chief Justice, Edward Douglass White.  The cast for the preview will include Charles Cooper as Chief Justice White, Ronald Flagg as Justice Harlan, and SCOTUSblog’s Tom Goldstein as Justice Brandeis.  More information and registration details are available here.
