List of counsel, January

The Supreme Court has issued the hearing list for the January sitting — the list of counsel arguing in the 11 cases scheduled to be heard in the two-week sitting starting next Monday.   The list is here.  Justice Elena Kagan is recused from three of the cases.  A summary of the issues in the 11 cases, with notations of the ones in which Justice Kagan will not take part, can be found here.
