The full list from this morning’s orders can be found here. There are no new grants, nor did the Court call for the views of the Acting Solicitor General in any new cases.
The Court released a per curiam decision in Madison County New York v. Oneida (10-72), vacating and remanding to the Second Circuit with instructions to reconsider its decision on sovereign immunity in light of a change in tribal laws.
Of note, Justice Thomas (joined by Justice Scalia, with the exception of one footnote) dissented from the denial of certiorari in Alderman v. United States (09-1555). Lyle provides more details here.
