Continuing our series of podcasts on oral argument days, we have a podcast with Joshua D. Farley, Assistant Attorney General and counsel for the petitioner, the Commonwealth of Kentucky.Â
Although the police usually need a warrant to enter someoneâ€™s home, there is an exception for emergency situations. At issue in the case is whether that exception can apply when the emergency is created by the lawful actions of the police.
