No opinions next week

The Supreme Court announced Friday afternoon that it expects to issue orders on new cases at 10 a.m. Monday.  Thus, by implication, it appears that no decisions on the merits are expected on the following two days the Court will be in public session.  That would make the next date for possible decisions Monday, Dec. 13.
