Today at the Court

This morning the Court will announce one or more opinions beginning at 10 a.m., and we will be live-blogging for the occasion.

The Justices will then hear oral argument in Monsanto Company v. Geertson Seed Farms (09-475), in which it will consider what conditions must be met to obtain a nationwide injunction prohibiting the planting of genetically engineered crops.  Josh Patashnik, a student at Stanford Law School, previewed the case below for SCOTUSblog.
