Opinions two days next week

The Supreme Court is likely to issue final decisions on argued cases on both Tuesday and Wednesday of next week, the Court has announced. On Monday, orders will be issued on new and pending cases. Orders and opinions are issued at 10 a.m. at the beginning of the Court’s public sessions, which resume next week following a holiday recess.
Today, the Justices are holding a private Conference. If any orders are released following the Conference today, they will be posted promptly on the blog. Orders also will be released on Monday.
